Hi Andre, earlier this week an inspector visited to inspect the installation of my heat pump that you had installed in my home recently. At the conclusion of the inspection he commented very favourably on the standard of the installation. He indicated that some installations are very rough but mine had been a very neat and professional job. I too have been very pleased with the work but have been a little remiss in not contacting you earlier. Thought you would probably be interested in the remarks.
