Just writing to thank you for our new heat pump and the bottle of wine to go with it! Really appreciated that - and Luke did a first class job installing it without any trouble yesterday and we’ve never been warmer It’s an incredible difference in the effectiveness of heating our house!

I just wanted to let you know that Sue-Ellen and I were so impressed by your install team.

Not only were they courteous and friendly they continually checked with us on matters regarding the installation.

You should be proud of their workmanship and cleanliness.

The only way we knew they had been here was the fact we now have aircon.

We also had a one of our cats fall down a gap in the back of the roof and we couldn't get her , one of your team climbed down and got her much to our relief ( not all superheroes wear capes).
