Office staff were polite and helpful. They were very eager and very helpful to arrange a technician quickly to come, due to the very cold weather. The technicians were very polite and helpful when choosing the new heater, explain delay in installation, open communication. Very helpful in arranging a suitable installation so I could attend a funeral. The installers were quick and efficient, took shoes off at the door. I am very likely to recommend Parr’s to a friend in the future.
