We are writing to you following the latest updates on the COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
At this stage we will remain open for business as usual with temporary procedures put in place to limit exposure or spread of the COVID19/Coronavirus.
Our showroom is open but we do ask if you are displaying any symptoms or feeling unwell that you give us a call and we can assist over the phone.
When our Technicians / Sales Consultants arrive at your property we ask that you respect our decision to not shake hands. We will also not be requesting a signature upon completion of the job.
Any customer who is feeling unwell and showing any symptoms of the virus are in isolation or have come in contact with any person who has contracted the virus, are asked to reschedule their appointment by at least 14 days.
If you are making a payment our preferred payment method is via bank transfer or call our office to pay over the phone.
If you are feeling unwell and showing any symptoms of the virus or are in isolation we ask that you call us in advance to re-schedule your appointment.
In addition, our staff will be regularly decontaminating all surface areas with anti-bacterial such as door handles, counter tops, magazines, chairs, floor etc.
Our first priority is the health and safety of all Parr’s heat pump and air conditioning clients, subcontractors, suppliers, staff and their families. We will continue to monitor all government advice and take any precautions necessary to keep our community safe from the outbreak.
Please ensure you follow this information. It is very important that you notify our office if you may be at risk.
